Syndian’s new range of low-fat, low-kilojoule & low salt “Lighter Being” vegan burgers are a fantastic addition to the incredible Syndian range. Of course they are Gluten & Yeast free – how great is that!

Being less than 120 calories* per serve, means you get a really great tasting, healthy & convenient meal choice. And because we believe that everyone’s tastebuds are different, the Syndian “Lighter Being” vegan burgers are not fully cooked, allowing the consumer to complete the cooking process how they choose!

    The vegetable lovers' delight! The all natural veg boost burger is vegan and contains no soy, yeast, gluten or preservative. Containing mostly peas, beans, cauliflower, potato, carrots and rice, the veg boost also includes a range of herbs and spices.

    Ingredients: Vegetables 70% ( Potato, Carrot, Cauliflower, Green  Beans, Peas), Brown Rice, Split peas,  Onion, Linseed Meal, Nigella seeds,  Olive oil. Garlic, Basil, Spices, Salt, Pepper.

    Cooking Instructions Cooking required. For best results, keep frozen until use, do not thow. Place Burger on a lightly greased fry pan, contact grill or BBQ on a low to medium heat, Cook each side for 4-5 minutes. Adjust future cooking time and temperature to result. Do not use Microwave.
