Meatless Monday School Canteen “Kit”


We are delighted to be partnering with ThinkKind Australia to deliver our School Canteens Meatless Mondays promotion!

We all know that children are the future custodians of this planet, and we believe it’s never too early to empower the next generation by teaching them ways in which we can all have a positive and sustainable impact on the planet, our health, and the welfare of other animals.  

At Syndian, we maintain that a plant-based diet, as mentioned in several of our blog posts (, is the key to sustainability for many generations to come.

The aim of our School Canteens Meatless Mondays promotion is to raise awareness about the benefits of adopting a plant-based diet amongst students, teachers, parents and the general public, and showcase just how delicious meatless food options can be!

For the above mentioned reasons we came up with Meatless Monday School Canteen Kit which is designed to introduce school canteen operators to a range of healthy and delicious plant-based food selections, and includes detailed serving suggestions, perfect for growing bodies.

Our Kit is based on $120 delivered, (Sydney & Melbourne metro) other areas may attract delivery fees.

The Kit will include:

2x2kg dip of your choice,  15 type to choose from, Syndian recommends Hummos, Pumpkin Hummos or Baba Ganouge.

2x2kg Frozen bites, 4 to choose from, Syndian recommends, Curried Pumpkin bites, Vege’ Bites.

2x2kg Patties, Syndian recommends Asian Bean patties and falafel patties.

2x12 burgers, 7 to choose from, Syndian recommends, Lentil Burgers,

Serving suggestion: 

Please note these are initial suggestions; we can provide you with much more should you require more ideas.

  • Dip Cup: with vegetables sticks (celery, carrots etc)

  • Fresh salad (green) with a dollop of dip for seasoning.

  • Hummos in pita with salad.

  • Curried Pumpkin Bites or Falafel  on a skewer with a dip

  • Curried Pumpkin Bites in a roll with Lettuce, Salsa  and Hummos.


  • Falafel Patties on a bun or a roll with Hummos, fresh caps and Lettuce.


  • Burger on a bun with fresh pickles Capsicum Hummos and salsa
